Originally，flute is belong to woodwind,later made by metal. Flute tamber is gentle and transparent，someone said the illimitable sky would be imagined when listening flute. But it can also express another aspect，with melodious rhythm，sometimes it brings yearning to remote nativetown.With wide diapason and strong expression, especially to to play those melody with desolation，it likes a slight melancholy insetting the hearts.
Here we introdue some famous flutists abroad and at home. By means of studying them,the style of Old Lei's play is particular attention to grave、remember and meditation.He often prefer to play some foreign and domestic classical works, serenade,nostalgic typical songs and some popular florilegium from mainland,Hong Kong and Taiwan.

 The celebrated soloist Paula Robison performs throughout the world,presenting both familiar and new repertoire for her instrument.She studied at the Juilliard School with Julius Baker and later with Marcel Moyse,and was only twenty when Leonard Bernstein invited her to be a soloist with the New York Phiharmonic.She became the first American to win First Prize at the Geneva International Competition,and she remains active internationally.From 1978-87 she was Co-Director of Chamber Music at the Spoleto Festivals in Italy and South Carolina,and in 1987 she received the Adelaide Ristori Prize for her contribution to Italian cultural life.
Since 1988 she has presented an annual,sold-out series at New York’s Metropolitan Museum of Art.She has appeared on many American TV shows,including CBS Sunday Morning and Live from Lincoln Center,and she has been featured in The New York Times,Musical Amarica,and Ovation magazines.

Qiao Liang

Qiao Liang is talent flute performer,born in 1958 in Nanjing,China.He has learned music since his childhood,and specialized in flute under the close direction of professor Zhang Zhihua.His permormance has been perfected with the instructions of many flute masters both home and abroad.In 1982,he won the prize in the nationwide flute competition.His performance has a style of exquisiteness,strictness and colourful expression.In his album you can enjoy his superb playing skills and refined expressive manner.The selected classics of Bach,Mozart,Handel,Stamitz and so on will bring you into a wonderful,pondering music world.

Park Mei-Hung

She was born in a music fans family of Korea nationality in 1967. She began studying flute at the age of 12 and enrolled in orchestra department of Shanghai Music College.After the graduation she went to China Broadcasting Symphony Orchestra. She went to Osaka Music College of Japan for further study in 1991 and admitted into Japan's National Tokyo Art University the next year. She obtained the master degree with high scholastic records. She has received teaching from Zhu Tongde in Central Music College, Liu Pin in ShanghaiMusic College, Ryoichi Sone in Japan Osaka Music College, Changkuk Kim in Japan National Art University and the famous flute vituoso as well as the educator Nicole.

 1988: Mr. Wangwei lived with his teacher Mr. Lu Lizhi in Henan Choric Group, he learned flute,singing and audition with his teacher.
1990: He entered Centre Music Institute accessorial middle school in Beijing and learned flute from Mr. Wang Yongxin, a famours flutist teacher.
1995: He participated in the 1st Chinese competition of wind instrument and won in 3rd.
2000: He took part in the 2nd Chinese competition of flute and got 2nd ( the 1st was absent ).
2001: He attended the 1st Chinese art performing competition and won 1st position!

Mimi Stillman

Welcome to visit me
 Mimi Stillman began her flute studies at the age of six and made her solo debut at the age of ten in her native Boston. At the age of twelve, she became the youngest wind player ever admitted to the Curtis Institute of Music, where she completed her Bachelor of Music degree with Julius Baker and Jeffrey Khaner in 1999. In September, 2001, she begins her studies toward a Master's degree in history at the University of Pennsylvania. Ms. Stillman is a Yamaha Performing Artist and Clinician, and her early career was assisted by Astral Artistic Services, which presented her 1997 Philadelphia debut.

 More than two years,Xinyao Huang flute is already very known in the mainland because of her excellent achievement.Flute solo: Xinyao Huang,cooperation with Xu Youjia,obbligato: Yang Yongjing.There is very few of free flute concert in the mainland, every year many audiences are looking forward to enjoy her high skill in the odeum.They play classic,jazz and some duet works.Next performance will begin,attention please!
