我叫咪咪.丝蒂曼，也是个长笛演奏者。我生活在美国，今年18。我自6岁起开始长笛演奏和演出，从5岁开始学吹长笛。我开始迷上长笛的声音是在观看了管弦乐队演奏和长笛独奏以后。我已经将长笛的声音当成了自己的嗓音。

我出生在波士顿的massachusetts,我在那里的新英格兰音乐学校预备班学习。到12岁时，我通过考试并被宾夕法尼亚州费城CURTIS音乐学院录取。我是CURTIS学院所录取的最年轻的学生。1994年我随我的父母和兄弟一起迁到了费城。

Mimi Stillman began her flute studies at the age of six and made her solo debut at the age of ten in her native Boston. At the age of twelve, she became the youngest wind player ever admitted to the Curtis Institute of Music, where she completed her Bachelor of Music degree with Julius Baker and Jeffrey Khaner in 1999. In September, 2001, she begins her studies toward a Master's degree in history at the University of Pennsylvania. Ms. Stillman is a Yamaha Performing Artist and Clinician, and her early career was assisted by Astral Artistic Services, which presented her 1997 Philadelphia debut.
