I．Introduction of the Winter Camp：
Being the renowned "Seashore Garden",Xiamen is the most enchanting city in south China. And Gulangyu--the "Piano Island"--is especially famous for its music culture;It has the densest piano in China;and it has developed number of topping musicians,such as Lin Junqing，Yin Chengzong,and Xu Feiping.Gulangyu people has built the art palace through their music.
The First Southeast Asia Flute Winter Camp will be held in such a gifted circumstance.In the nine days camp,students can receive instructions,enjoy recitals from famous flautists ,both Chinese and abroad. They can also visit the historic sites.By the end of the camp,the director will appraise for five excellent student to receive the certificate prize from the masters.Every other students can also reveive a chirograph.It will be a helpful experience for those student in their music career.
II.The Tenet
aim of the first Southeast Asia International Flute Winter Camp:
1.advance the music communication between inland and abroad;promote the flute skill of the inland students;hold the master's class;organize the flute teaching and visiting activity.And all these aspect can associate with the tourism in southeast asia.
2.Both the elder flute teacher and the actively flautist full with the experience of play
,both European and American flute can be shown in the camp.
3.Students can meet their fellows and teachers from different regions.Therefore,they could make friends,exchange their mind,extend their views,and get some experience in participation in international avtivities.
4.there are 5 concerts during the camp,two master's recitals and one students' report concert.
5.the camp will hold annually,with the Southeast International Flute Competition every three years.
6.the affiliated tour in the"seashore garden"and"music island" can promote the students' view and knowledge.
7.the Xiamen Conservatory can attract more talent musicians by this camp.
III.Requirement For The Admission
1.over 12, has pass the National Flute Test band 5,or has corresponding skill with the recommendation of professional teachers.
2.professional flautist or amateur.
3.after sign up,the master will enroll some of them according their level,than mail them the music sheets.
4.there are 30 listeners'sit for more flautist and amateur.Listeners can audit the 10 master's class and the 5 concerts.
IV.Camp Routine：
Jan 20th 2003 - 27th ( 8 days).
10 master's class ,3 hours per one,5 concerts and one day for tour.
V.Address: The Xiamen Conservatory
Xiaman Conservatory sit in the renowned "piano island",''seashore garden'', --Gulangyu.It was a completed school established by the Xiamen people's goverment in 1990.It contain the primary school,the middle school,and the secondary school.Mr He Luting the famous musician and music educationist,has devote himself to the foundation of the conservatory.The well known violinist Zheng Shisheng had also take up the president.In the 10 years after foundation,Xiamen Conservatory often invite famous foreign musicians to give lectures.Their students were organized to take part in sorts of piano,violin,chorus competitions and bear the palm frequently.The teachers and students had played for the Party and goverment official Zhu Rongji,Hu Jintao.They also had played in Australia,Japan,Malaysia and Hong Kong.
VI.Charges for this join
1.every students should pay 2,700.00RMB totally.It contains:
a.room and board wedge(not contain travelling expenses,telephone cost and other personal expenses).
b.fees for the teaching material and the master's class
c.cost for the concerts and other activities
d.cost for the tour(insurance,guide,ticket,travell).
2.30 listener's ticket,500.00RMB for each(preferential price).

Zheng Xiaoying(specially invited art advisor)
Zheng Xiaoying is the first Chinese woman conductor.She had reveive the
Excellent Conductor first prize in the art group directly under the culture
ministry,the French Liberal Art Prize insignia in 1985.She had been the
chief conductor of Centre Opern and the director of the conductor department
of Centre Conservatory of Music,the founder and the coach of the "Philharmonic
Women"symphony orchestra,routine syndic of the Chinese Musician's
Association.In 1997,Zheng Xiaoying was invited to found the Xianmen Philharmonic,and
hold the post of the the art majordomo and chief conductor.It is said
that:''Zheng is the most preeminence woman conductor in China,and even
lead in any countries.
Doctor Hou Yuanyu (the president of Xiamen Conservatory)
He was graduate form conductor department of Shanghai Conservatory Of
Music.Before he studied abroad,he had been the syndic conductor of Shanghai
Symphony Orchestra.During his study in Colon Conservatory,his got the
PhD of conduct and the master's degree of piano.Then he back to China
in 1985.After that he hold the post of the chief conductor of Shanghai
Symphony Orchestra ,and make the Orchestra played in German,French,Italy,Switzerland,US,and
Janpan etc,and received much prize.In 1987,he was recorded in the Cambridge
International Biography Centre as one of the world celebrity.
Zhu Tongde
Famous Chinese music educationist.Study form the well known flute teacher
Yong Nousy in Soviet Union Leningrad Conservatory of Music during 1960
and 1964.When back to China ,he take part the director of Orchestra department,the
vice president of CCOM.In the decades of teaching career,he has educated
a great number of musicians.They receive a lots of prize in both China
and abroad.After the innovation,he had devote himself to the popularization
of flute.editor the《flute rank test material》.
Zhang Huaibing(tutor,Nation First rank player,retired chief flautist
of Centre Ballet)
Graduate form CCOM in 1963.He,study form Professor Ma Shiyun,German flautist
Professor Symayiel, Czechoslovakia Professor A. Baleck in CCOM.After graduation,he
hold the post of chief flautist of Centre Ballet,while take part in the
concerts in Austria and other country as the soloist.Since 1980,he had
been the flute professor in attach middle school of CCOM and art college
of Renmin University.He had developed many skilled flautist,and had being
the doyen of Chinese flautists.
