D.The flute scholarship and teaching seminar of Southeast Asia:
1. Collection of the learned essays to the whole country about flute, flute technique, teaching article, foreign translated articles about commentary concerning flute article, and the articles of flute esthetics etc to publish.
2. Prepare and plan to establish the " China Flute Association" affair.

厦门市音乐学校坐落在 "钢琴之岛"、"海上花园"的鼓浪屿，是厦门市人民政府于1990年创办的一所全日制学校，设有小学部、初中部、中专部。我国著名音乐家、教育家贺渌汀教授生前就积极倡议创办厦门音乐学校，学校创办后他亲自担任名誉校长。著名小提琴家郑石生教授也曾担任过音乐学校校长。学校办学十多年来，还经常聘请国内外著名音乐家来校讲学，安排学生积极参加国内外的各种的钢琴、小提琴、合唱等音乐比赛活动，并多次获得各种奖项。学校师生曾经为来厦的朱镕基、胡锦涛等党和国家领导人及外国友人表演，并多次出访澳大利亚、日本、马来西亚、香港等地进行交流演出。
冬令营费用：
每名学员交纳的冬令营费用为人民币2500元。此费用包括：
a. 在厦门期间的住宿、伙食等费用（住鼓浪屿三星级花园式别墅群酒店）。
b. 冬令营教材和大师授课活动费用。
c. 冬令营举办音乐会等各种活动的成本费用。
d. 厦门旅游费用。

Xiamen Music School seats in the Gulangyu where is called "the island of the piano","sea garden". It is a fulltime school established in 1990 under the care of the Xiamen Municipal Government,and it has elementary school dept,junior and high grade dept.Professor He Luting, a famous musician and educator of our country, positively proposed to establish this school while he was living, and he served as the emeritus headmaster personally after the school was established. Professor Zheng Shisheng, a famous violinist, once worked as the president of the music school.More than ten years since the school set up, it usually appointed the domestic and international famous musicians to come to school for lessons, and arranges the students to positively attend every kind of piano, violin and chorus etc. music activity at home and abroad, and acquired much sorts of awards many times. The teachers and the students also had performed for state leaders Zhu Rongji and Hu Jintao ...etc ,and for foreign friends who visited in Xiamen. They had visited Australia, Japan, Malaysia, Hong Kong ...etc many times to exchange performance.
Winter camp expenses:
Each student: 2500 RMB
The expenses include:
a. The lodging and dining,etc. during the period of time in Xiamen. (arrange in three-star garden style hotel of Gulangyu)
b. for winter camp teaching material and the master's prelecting.
c. for cost of concert and every kind of activities.
d. for traveling in Xiamen.
