The winter camp will invite PETER-LUKAS.GRAF who is one of the three greatest flute masters of the world, the PETER- LUKAS.GRAF who comes to China for the first time will hold masters' classes and play solo concert. During the Winter Camp we will still hold the flute academic seminar, we plan to gather thesis knots print as volumes .At the meeting will come up to will be still positive to start to prepare and plan to establish the " China Flute Association" by representatives of the flute field from every place at home.

一． 国际著名长笛演奏家.格拉夫（ Peter.Lukas.graf）举办长笛大师班。
二． 音乐会：
1. 格拉夫长笛独奏音乐会。
2．金塔、张智勇（爵士长笛作品）独奏音乐会。
3．陈三庆、倪一珍（现代长笛作品）独奏音乐会。
4．长笛重奏音乐会：
由厦门白海豚长笛乐团、南京雨花石学生长笛乐团、杭州"杭师院"长笛乐团、沈阳学生长笛乐团、广州、深圳学生长笛乐团等联合演出。
三． 东南亚长笛学术研讨会：
a) 向全国征集有关长笛的评论文章、长笛技巧、教学的学术论文、国外有关长笛的翻译文章和长笛美学等方面的文章。
b) 筹备成立"中国长笛学会"。
四． 诚征厂商赞助及各种世界名牌长笛系列产品展销。
五． 邀请音像出版社对这次活动的大师课和音乐会进行专业录音，将在国内推出第一批长笛重奏CD作品。

A. The international famous musical performance of flute (Peter.Lukas.graf)
will hold flute master's class.
B. Music meeting:
1. Flute solo concert of Mr.Graf.
2.Junta and Zhang Zhiyong solo concert (jazz flute works).
3. Chen Sanqing and Ni Yizhen solo concert (modern flute works).
4.The flute reprised concert:
Students from White Dolphin Flute Band of Xiamen, Rain Flower Stone Flute
Band of Nanking, the flute band of Hangzhou Normal College, the students
flute band of Shenyang, and the students flute band from Guangzhou and
Shenzhen etc. will give out performance together.
C. The flute proseminar of southeast asia:
a) To collect the learned essays about flute, flute technique, teaching
articles about flute playing and aesthetics, abroad translation concerning
flute articles etc. from whole country.
b) Prepare and plan to establish the " China Flute Association".
D. Advertising for the factory sponsors and diversified kinds of famous
brand flute series products to exhibit and sell at present.
E. Invite the video publishers to make the masters' lessons of the activity
and concerts record professionally, to issue the first flute reprised
CDs at home.
