1972年5月出生于湖北省。 1984年--1990年 就读于武汉音乐学院附中和管弦系长笛专业。先跟随李洪坤、杜翠云副教授学习。在校期间历年获甲等奖学金、三好生、优秀学生干部号。 1989年附中毕业成功举办两次个人独奏音乐会。 1994年 成为武汉音乐学院首位免试入硕研究生，师从我国著名长笛演奏家李学全先生。 1996年 获长笛演奏与教学硕士学位，并成功举办个人独奏音乐会。湖北电视台文艺部为其个人先后两次拍摄音乐纪实专题节目。其毕业论文《长笛演奏中气息运用的良性循环》被答辩委员会认为是"观点独到、思维清晰、有学术价值"，并以全票通过。 1996年-至今 毕业留管弦系任教，教学成绩显著，多名学生分别在全国长笛比赛中获奖。 |
| 2000年 获北京第二届全国长笛比赛青年组优秀演奏奖。10月与著名青年指挥家彭家鹏合作演奏长笛协奏曲，并举办音乐会
.同年被评为院内有突出成绩青年教师。 2001年 编写《优美长笛演奏指南》，由湖北人民出版社出版。 2001年至今 任东方交响乐团首席长笛，随团参加国内外多场音乐会演出。2002年在德国法兰克福世纪音乐厅和奥地利维也纳金色大厅举办的《中国新春音乐会》上演奏表现突出，获界内人士好评。 2003年 由学院推荐入选首届中国--奥地利维也纳音乐大师班，师从维也纳国立音乐学院长笛教授。 WernerTripp，荣获大师班长笛第一名和教授特别推荐书，代表荣誉学员致词并参加优秀生汇报音乐会，北京电视台、中央国际广播电台德语部、《中国新闻周刊》分别进行采访报道。 2003年 荣获"湖北省十大杰出青年岗位能手"称号，时任青联常委。 2004年 个人专访"热情的长笛歌手-记青年长笛演奏家徐戈"由《湖北画报》刊登。 2005年10-12月 由法国领事馆资助、武汉音乐学院公派、赴法国巴黎国立音乐学院进行短期深造，师从法方著名长笛权威PIERRE-YVES ARTAUD教授。在法期间，享受法国国家官方"盾"文化高级访问学者津贴 2006年4月 再次当选共青团湖北省委青联第11届委员会常任委员 2006年4月 应邀出任首届北京尼柯莱国际长笛比赛组委会委员 2006年5月 加盟"Magic"女子长笛四重奏组.在北京音乐厅举办的"魔笛之夜"专场音乐会中成功首演 |

From 2001 till～: As the chief flute of Oriental Symphony Orchestra, gave many concerts both at home and abroad. Her Outstanding performance in the Chinese New year Concerts (held in Century Hall in Frankfurt of Germany and Golden Hall in Vienna of Austria in 2002) was highly praised by the critics. In 2003: Recommended by WMC (Wuhan Conservatory of Music), she enrolled in the first Austrian Vienna Master Class in China and studied with flute Prof.Wenner Tripp from Vienna National Conservatory. She won the Best Flute of the class and the special recommendation. She gave the ceremony speech on behalf of the honorary students and performed in the recital, which was interviewed and reported by Beijing TV Station and Central International Broadcasting and China News Weekly. |
| In 2003: She won the Top Ten Youth Professional
by the Hubei Provincial Government and became a permanent committee member
of Hubei Youth League. In Oct.~Dec.2005, She studied in Paris National Conservatory in France for short period ( by French Consulate and sent by WCM) with famous French Flute authority Prof. Pierre-YVES Artaud. During this time, she won the grant(Which is called "Egide") offered to advanced Cultural Visitors by French government.
